Job description
- System Design & Development : Architect and build scalable, robust, and secure software applications using industry best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and associate software engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure timely delivery of features
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, debug complex issues, and optimize application performance for scale.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to the improvement of internal development processes and standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business goals, providing technical insight during planning sessions.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity
- Advanced knowledge of [e.g., Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django/FastAPI, Node.js/TypeScript, or Go].
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event- driven architectures.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), and automated testing frameworks.
